The fidelity process for Joyful Together® integrates specific competencies with reflective supervision to best implement and sustain the model. Please use this fidelity tool to review your staff’s use, understanding and growth using Joyful Together® throughout the current research phase. Each Joyful Together® competency area should be examined and reflected upon with your staff (Your staff will bring their completed checklist to each supervision session). Additional support and resources are included for each competency area. Please use the comment box to note reflections, suggestions and other feedback from supervision sessions reviewing Joyful Together®.
