Student Interns are required to provide information about their planned evaluation project they would like to complete at OhioGuidestone.
All Student Interns and their supervisors are required to:
- Review the OhioGuidestone Information Guidance for Student Interns (& Supervisors),
- (Student Interns) Complete an initial Intern Evaluation Project Information Form & Agreement,
- (Student Interns) Complete an Updated Intern Evaluation Project Form (note- you can complete as many updated forms as needed across the timespan of your project),
- (Supervisors) Supervisor’s of Intern Evaluation Project Review & Agreement Form (coming soon)
